This was the 1^st place winner of The World of Wheels Show 2 years in a row Best of Show, Best Paint plus several other shows and awards including Best off road, Best interior, along with Classic Truck Magazine among other awards and articles. To say this is a show truck is a understatement.  

     This custom professional built 1970 Chevrolet 4x4 Pickup has undergone a complete frame off nut and bolt restoration, we have several pictures of the restoration process.  I have had some very nice trucks over the years, but this one is one of the best I have seen. The truck was in southern Indiana until the frame off was started. It is a very nice truck for anyone to show or enjoy. This is a 1970 Chevy K-10 pickup with a 468ci big block,  rebuilt 3-speed TH400 trans with a 2800 TCI stall converter with a Hurst floor shifter. This truck makes a lot of torque and will turn over the big 40’s with no problem, 14 bolt corporate axles, 4:11 gears, Detroit locker in rear and a 20 gallon fuel cell. It has 6” Bushwhacker flares and custom made front and rear bumpers and 130 watt KC lights built in with 6” chromoly drops to obtain an legal ride height. Please take time to look at all the pictures this truck shows very well and is nicer then the pictures show.

     This truck is very nice inside, out, and underneath.  It was fully frame-off restored and finished around the fall of 2007.  Basically everything on the truck is either new or rebuilt nothing was left untouched.  The paint is over the top custom and looks fabulous with custom leather tan and burgundy to match interior, the Orange over Burgundy with Tan flame in leather like paint stripe the break the two colors and 4 coats of House of Kolor clear, color combo is stunning.  The truck has a very high quality paint job on it and is very straight down the sides with no showing of age.  No rust issues with this truck.  Before it was painted, the truck was completely disassembled and sandblasted clean.  All chrome and trim is absolutely beautiful and is all new, the trunk is done very nice, as is the interior is and looks very nice. 

     The drive train is fresh also, the motor and trans has been rebuilt and has runs very nice and drives like a truck. It also has power steering and power disc brakes. The truck has all new glass. The bed is like new and looks beautiful with the custom made burgundy bed rug. New 40” Goodyear Wrangler tires have been mounted on Ultra 17x10 custom wheels. The complete ceramic coated 3.5” Flowmaster exhaust with Hooker headers sounds great with a great purr.

     Like everything else, the interior is completely done and better than new. It has the custom leather bench seat interior. Dash, door panels, headliner, sun visors, Clarion AM/FM/CD, with 4 speakers 2 behind the seat where the old gas tank was in a custom made box, etc everything is very nice.

     This truck is clean everywhere you look, great for a collector, parade, local cruise-ins and national shows and will get a trophy or two, I would encourage anyone who wants to buy this truck to come and inspect this car it looks better in person than the pictures show.
